摘要

目的探讨胸前导联R波递增不良（PRWP）在扩张型心肌病（DCM）中的诊断价值。方法选取93例扩张型心肌病患者和105例健康体检者

均行常规12导联心电图检查

比较两组PRWP阳性率有无统计学意义。结果 DCM组与对照组相比PRWP阳性率有统计学意义（p<0.05）。结论 PRWP可能在DCM诊断中有重要价值。

Abstract

Objective Discuss the Diagnostic values of Poor R Wave Progression(PRWP)in on Dilated Cardial Myopathy(DCM). Methods SSelected 93 cases of DCM patients and 105 cases of medical patients

Checked by the routine 12-lead electrocardiogram examination

observed the statistical significance of PRWP positive between the two groups. Results The PRWP positive rate was statistically significant(p<0.05)between the DCMgroup and the control group. Conclusions PRWP may play the important value in the DCM diagnosis.
