摘要

目的观察体外反搏装置应用于急性冠脉综合征PCI术中的即时疗效并评价其安全性。方法对60例急性冠脉综合征患者在PCI术中行增强型体外反搏30min

比较体外反搏前后主动脉收缩压、主动脉舒张压、平均主动脉压、桡动脉收缩压、桡动脉舒张压、平均桡动脉压和心率的变化

并观察相关不良事件。结果增强型体外反搏使主动脉舒张压、平均主动脉压、桡动脉舒张压、平均桡动脉压升高

心率减慢

主动脉收缩压、桡动脉收缩压无明显影响。噪音影响1例

心律失常1例

心衰1例。无出血、皮肤坏死、护理不便。结论增强型体外反搏治疗可改善急性冠脉综合征患者冠状动脉供血

不良反应发生率低。
