摘要

室间隔缺损(Ventricular Septal defect

VSD)约占先天性心脏病的20%。绝大部分为膜周部室间隔缺损。随着介入心脏病学的发展

室间隔缺损经皮封堵术在临床得到广泛应用

与传统的外科修补手术相比

经导管介入封堵的方法不需要切开胸骨和进行体外循环

创伤小

术后恢复快

围术期并发症发生率和死亡率低

封堵成功率高。然而

介入治疗后并发症依然存在

如封堵器栓塞、瓣膜损害、心律失常
