摘要

早期复极(Early Repolarization

ER)是一种特发性心电图改变

QRS波群的终端部的粗钝、挫折或切迹(称为"J波")

相邻两个导联J点抬高≥0.1m V

伴或不伴ST段弓背向下抬高为特征。临床无其他心脏疾病证据

传统认为属于良性的先天性心脏传导异常或生理性变异

无需特别关注与处理。以往文献多称谓早期复极(Early repolarization pattern

ERP)
