The study of arrhythmia induced by exercise among patients with coronary heart diseae
Objective To observe tha arrhythmias induced by exercise beteween coronary heart disease group and non-coronary heart disease patients in the exercise of treadmill testing. Methods Choose 273 patients of coronary angiography TET examination
according to the result of coronary angiography were divided into CHD group(152 cases) and non CHD group(121 cases). Comparing the types and characteristics of exercise-induced arrhythmia of two groups of patients. Results The results of coronary heart disease group
the incidence of arrhythmia was 44.08%
significantly higher than the 14.88% of non-coronary heart disease group
the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05). Coronary heart disease group of arrhythmia types: ventricular premature beat 26.97%(41/152)
atrial premature beat 5.26%(8/152)
paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia 5.92%(9/152)
paroxysmal fibrillation 3.29%(5/152)
right bundle branch block 2.63%(4/152). Conclusions Exercise can induce arrhythmia
the coronary heart disease group is higher than the non CHD group
the ventricular arrhythmia is more
that has certain value to the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
