Objective To investigate the etiology of nitroglycerin-induced tilt test in patients with angiogenesis-positive reaction. Methods The 70 patients with nitroglycerin-induced tilt test and vasopressor-positive reaction in our department from September 2018 to July 2019 were included in the study to investigate whether they could pass the lying test and nitroglycerin The three diagnostic methods of the test and isoproterenol-induced tilt test further identify and confirm the diagnosis
avoid missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis
and improve the accuracy of the tilt test diagnosis. Results The 40 patients with vasopressor vasovagal syncope
4 patients with orthostatic hypotension syncope
6 patients with orthostatic hypotension and vasopressor vagus nerve syncope
and 6 patients with orthostatic hypotension with nitroglycerin 14 cases were orthostatic hypotension with nitroglycerin and vasopressive vagal syncope. Conclusions Each patient with suspicious vasovagal syncope needs to undergo tilt test. The erectile position test and nitroglycerin test can be used to eliminate orthostatic hypotension and nitroglycerin-induced orthostatic hypotension. Glycerol induced tilt test to avoid missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis
so that patients can receive effective targeted treatment
