Of these
427 were drivers
399 administrative logistics personnel in the control group
The incidence of cardiovascular disease in the two groups were compared. At the same time
the influencing factors of cardiovascular health of professional drivers were analyzed. Results The incidence of ECG abnormality and hypertension in the study group was 18.03% and 20.14% respectively
The incidence of control group was 6.02% and 10.03%. Both differences were statistically significant(p <0.05). Single factor analysis revealed that male
older age
long working hours
smoking
life and work stress
central obesity
low education were the main factors affecting cardiovascular health of professional drivers(p <0.05); A multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age
working time
smoking
life and work stress
and central obesity are independent risk factors for cardiovascular health of professional drivers(p<0.05). Conclusions The incidence of cardiovascular disease among professional drivers is high
