Objective To explore the application of remote Electtrocardiogram(ECG) in primary medical institutions of medical treatment alliance. Methods To choose a community hospital in anhui hefei in ecg of couplet of medical in January 2019-June 2020 the examination of the electrocardiogram(ecg) of 500 patients with cardiovascular disease(CVD) as the research object
will be in 3 armour hospital ecg consultation center for routine ecg examination and diagnosis and remote ecg examination and diagnosis in community hospital is divided into two groups
the time needed for two groups of ecg examination method and the heart rate of abnormal electrocardiogram(ecg) is used in the comparison. Results It was found that the time of remote electrocardiogram examination was shorter than that of conventional electrocardiogram
and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05). The detection rate of remote Electrocardiogram was significantly higher than that of conventional electrocardiogram
and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05). Conclusions Under the background of medical consortium construction
the remote Electrocardiogram operation is convenient and fast
the examination time is less
the detection rate of abnormal electrocardiogram is higher
the diagnosis level of primary medical center is improved
the delay of patients’ condition is reduced
and the diagnosis and treatment service ability of primary medical institutions is enhanced.
