Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing based on clinical pathway on rehabilitation in patients with acute myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI）. Methods The clinical data of 85 patients with acute myocardial infarction who underwent PCI in the hospital from February2018 to June 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into control group（routine nursing

42 cases） and observation group（high quality nursing based on clinical pathway

43 cases） according to clinical nursing regimens.The perioperative indexes of two groups were observed

the left ventricular ejection fraction of two groups before intervention and after intervention for 7 d were compared

and the postoperative complications of two groups were recorded. Results Compared with control group

bed rest time and hospital stays in observation group were shorter

and the medical expense in observation group was less（p<0.05）; After intervention

the left ventricular ejection fraction of two groups was higher than that before intervention

and observation group was higher than control group（p<0.05）; The incidence of complications in observation group（6.98%） was lower than that in control group（23.81%）（p<0.05）. Conclusions High quality nursing based on clinical pathway in patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI can improve left ventricular ejection fraction

shorten preoperative preparation time and postoperative recovery time

reduce medical expense

and have less complications.
