摘要

目的探讨心电向量图在下壁心肌梗死患者诊断中的应用。方法搜集整理下壁心肌梗死患者的心电图及心电向量图

进行分析。结果共入选6例下壁心肌梗死患者。分析见具体病例。结论心电向量图与心电图相结合

使下壁心肌梗死及其合并症的诊断准确度更高。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application of vector electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of patients with inferior myocardial infarction. Methods Collect and analyze the electrocardiogram and vector electrocardiogram of patients with inferior myocardial infarction. Results A total of 6 patients with inferior myocardial infarction were enrolled. See specific cases for analysis. Conclusions The combination of vector electrocardiogram and electrocardiogram makes the diagnosis of inferior myocardial infarction and its complications more accurate.
