Objective To investigate the effects of preoperative application of rosuvastatin on patients with acute myocardial infarction(Acute Myocardial Infarction
PCI) on postoperative hemorheology and cardiac function. Methods 184 patients with AMI admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to February 2019 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method
92 cases in each group. Both groups were given medication before surgery
and the control group used For conventional treatment
the observation group was added with rosuvastatin 10 mg/time on the basis of the control group
orally
once/day. The treatment time of both groups was 10 days. The blood rheology and cardiac function levels of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared
and the prognostic adverse reactions were observed to evaluate the efficacy. Results The hemorheology and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) levels of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(p<0.05); the total effective rate of the observation group was 86.96% significantly higher than that of the control group
which was 73.91%(p<0.05). Conclusions The application of rosuvastatin before PCI in AMI patients can improve postoperative blood rheology and cardiac function indicators. The therapeutic effect is positive and it is worthy of clinical reference.
