The correlation between serum and ultrasonic indexes in patient with pregnancy-induced hypertension
Objective To investigate the correlation between serum kinase
blood lipids and echocardiographic indicators and the severity of pregnancy-induced hypertension. Methods Ninety patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension who were admitted to the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research object. They were divided into three groups according to the severity of the patients’ disease. Pre-stage patients
group B were pre-eclampsia patients
group C were normal pregnant women
30 cases in each group
each cardiac index
serum kinase(serum creatine kinase isoenzyme
muscle acid kinase) and changes in blood lipid levels. Results In terms of echocardiography
the E/A
LVEF
CI and CO in group C were significantly higher than those in groups A and B(p<0.05)
and group B was significantly higher than group A(p<0.05);In terms of aspects
the LVESd
LVEDd and IVSTd of group C were significantly lower than those of groups A and B(p<0.05)
and group B was significantly lower than that of group A(p<0.05). In terms of serum kinases
CK
CK of group C-The levels of MB
LDH and α-HBDH were significantly lower than those of groups A and B(p<0.05); the CK
CK-MB
LDH and α-HBDH of group B were significantly lower than that of group A(p<0.05); On the other hand
the levels of TC
TG
HDL-C and APOB in group C were significantly lower than those in groups A and B(p<0.05)
and the HDL-C and APOA1 in group C were significantly higher than those in groups A and B(p<0.05)
the levels of TC
TG
HDL-C and APOB in group A were significantly higher than those in group B(p<0.05)
and the HDL-C in group A was significantly lower than that in group B(p<0.05). Conclusions The changes of ventricular function
ventricular diameter
serum kinase and blood lipid levels are correlated with the severity of the patient’s condition. The comprehensive detection of various indicators plays an important guiding value in the determination of the patient’s disease development and the formulation of treatment plans.
