摘要

目的探讨急性正后壁心肌梗死应用18导联心电图诊断的临床价值。方法于本院收治的急性心肌梗死患者中筛选72例作为本次研究对象

72例患者均行常规12导联心电图及18导联心电图检查

以实验室及影像学检查结果为参考

判断两种方法的诊断价值。结果综合考虑影像学检查结果及实验室结果判断本次72例患者中急性正后壁心肌梗死30例

其他类型心肌梗死42例;18导联心电图急性正后壁心梗及其他类型心梗检出率高于12导联心电图(p>0.05)。结论急性正后壁心肌梗死应用18导联心电图检查可获得准确诊断效果

同时建议联合临床症状表现及心肌酶谱检测共同判定疾病情况

降低误诊率和漏诊率

为临床提供更为可靠的诊断依据。
