The value of SPECT myocardial imaging and CT coronary angiography in the diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis
Objective To analyze the complementary effects of SPECT-loaded nuclide myocardial perfusion imaging and CT coronary angiography in the diagnosis of coronary stenosis. Methods The clinical data of 40 patients with coronary artery stenosis from October 2018 to October 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were examined by CTCA and MPI to compare the diagnostic effects of different methods on coronary artery stenosis. Results The CTCA was diagnosed in 32 cases
and MPI was positive in 33 cases. The positive rates were 80.0% and 82.5%
respectively. The positive rate of combined CTCA and MPI diagnosis was 95.0%
compared with the positive detection rate of CTCA or MPI
the difference was significant(p<0.05). Conclusions The combined use of CTCA or MPI in the diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis can give full play to the advantages of these two methods and complement each other
thereby improving the clinical diagnosis efficiency of coronary artery stenosis.
