摘要

目的探讨流出道起源室性早搏（OTPVCs）的心电图特征及心率变异性对OTPVCs的影响。方法选取无器质性心脏病OTPVCs患者共212例

记录常规12导联心电图及动态心电图

测量OTPVCs与之前窦性心搏QRS波的联律间期（室早间期）及OTPVCs前窦性心率RR间期（窦律间期）

统计24h动态心电图日间及夜间OTPVCs数量占比。分析室早间期与窦律间期的相关性

以及OTPVCs昼夜分布与心率变异性（HRV）的关系。结果 OTPVCs室早间期相对固定

与之前窦性心律间期无显著相关性;HRV正常组与HRV降低组OTPVCs昼夜分布有显著差异。结论 OTPVCs受多种因素影响

对其心电图特征、发生机制及影响因素的研究有助于合理选择抗心律失常药物及提高药物治疗效果。

Abstract

Objective To explore the electrocardiogram（ECG） characteristics of outflow tract premature ventricular contractions（OTPVCs） and the relationship between OTPVCs and heart rate variability（HRV）. Methods A total of 212 OTPVCs patients without structural heart disease in Guangzhou Panyu Central Hospital between January 2017 and December 2019 were included. The 12-lead ECG and dynamic ECG were recorded. To measure the OTPVCs interval（interval 1） and the previous sinus rhythm interval（interval 2）

and to analyze the correlation between interval 1 and interval 2. Variance analysis was used to compare the OTPVCs distribution between normal HRV group and low HRV group. Results The OTPVCs interval was relatively fixed

and there was no significant correlation with the previous sinus rhythm interval（p=0.291）; there was a significant difference in the OTPVCs distribution between normal HRV group and low HRV group（p=0.04）. Conclusions OTPVCs were affected by many factors

the study of electrocardiogram characteristics

occurrence mechanism and influencing factors is helpful to improve the effect of drug therapy.
