摘要

目的对急性ST段抬高心肌梗死（STEMI）患者心电图QRS波终末改变情况、危险分层情况探讨。方法选取我院2019年3月至2020年3月接受检查的STEMI患者76例

均进行心电图检查

根据有无QRS波终末改变分为对照组（n=48）

观察组（n=28）。分析各危险分层患者QRS波终末部分改变患者的检出情况、比较两组各项指标。结果高危患者检出阳性率高于中、低危患者（p<0.05）;两组年龄、性别、内生肌酐清除率相比

无明显差异（p>0.05）

观察组风险评分、CRP、随机血糖、BNP、CK-MB、c TnI、Killip分级≥2级、发病到治疗时间大于对照组（p<0.05）

观察组LVEF、前壁梗死例数低于对照组（p<0.05）。结论可以将心电图检查作为判断STEMI患者风险评估的有效手段。

Abstract

Objective To explore the end-part changes and risk stratification of the QRS complex in the ECG of patients with STEMI. Methods A total of 76 patients with STEMI who were examined in our hospital from March2019 to March 2020 were selected. All patients underwent ECG examination. According to the QRS complex

48 patients with unchanged QRS complexes were assigned into the control group. The 28 patients who had QRS changes were assigned as the study group. We analyzed the detection status of patients with terminal partial changes in QRS complexes of patients in each risk stratification

and compare the indicators of the two groups. Results The positive rate of high-risk patients was higher than that of middle-and low-risk patients（p<0.05）. There was no significant difference between the two groups in age

gender

the time from onset to treatment was longer than that of the control group（p<0.05）

and the number of LVEF and anterior wall infarction in the study group was lower than that in the control group（p<0.05）. Conclusions The ECG examination can be used as an effective risk assessment method in patients with STEMI.
