<正>随着心脏起搏器技术的提高,植入适应证的不断拓宽,社会人口的老龄化,使心脏起搏器的植入数量急剧上升。目前,在心电图检查人群中,约5%(3%~8%)为佩戴起搏器患者。这使起搏心电图已成为心电图学中的一项重要内容,成为不少临床和心电图医生的专业难点。为提高起搏心电图的阅读水平,提升心电图在起搏器功能评价中的作用,相继出现了与心电图同步记录起搏脉冲的专用通道(简称起搏通道),包括动态心电图和体表心电图起搏通道两种。
