Application value and guiding function of different examination methods in diagnosis of acute pulmonary embolism
Objective To investigate the value of CT pulmonary angiography (CTPA)
electrocardiogram and echocardiography in the diagnosis of acute pulmonary embolism (APE).Methods A total of 120 patients suspected of APE were selected from our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020.CTPA
Electrocardiogram and echocardiography were performed on all patients
and the application value of the above methods in the diagnosis of APE was evaluated accor
ding to the imaging characteristics.Results CTPA results showed that 86 of the 120 patients were confirmed as APE-ape (APE group) and 34 were non-APE (non-APE group).There were uneven low-density shadows in the vascular lumen of APE patients
and 636 emboli were detected.The proportion of incomplete right beam branch block (IRBBB)

and the sensitivity and specificity of both in diagnosing APE were 98.84%
91.18% respectively.Conclusions The increase of FPG and NE counts in early pregnancy is related to the occurrence of GDM.FPG and NE counts can be used as important index to predict the occurrence of GDM.
