Analysis of QT interval changes in patients with variant angina pectoris on the prediction of ventricular arrhythmia
Objective To analyze the predictive value of QT interval(QTc) changes in patients with variant angina pectoris(VAP) for ventricular arrhythmia. Methods A retrospective study was conducted
the clinical data of120 VAP patients treated in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were collected. The occurrence of ventricular arrhythmia in VAP patients during treatment was counted
patients with ventricular arrhythmia were included in the occurrence group
and patients without ventricular arrhythmia were included in the non occurrence group. Electrocardiogram parameters [QTc
QT interval dispersion(QTd)
ST segment elevation(STE)] of patients in the two groups were recorded
the predictive value of electrocardiogram QTc changes in patients with AVP for ventricular arrhythmia was analyzed. Results Among 120 patients with VAP
31 patients had ventricular arrhythmia
the incidence was 25.83%(31/120); QTc and QTd in the occurrence group were longer than those in the non-occurrence group
while STE in the occurrence group was lower than that in the non-occurrence group
the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05); the ROC curve was drawn
and the results showed that the AUC of QTc
QTd
STE and combined detection were all >0.7
of which the combined detection had the highest diagnostic value. Conclusions The change of QTc in VAP patients can effectively predict the occurrence of ventricular arrhythmia
the risk of ventricular arrhythmia can be evaluated by the change of QTc level in VAP patients.
