Chen yun, Kang jinfen. Diagnostic value of synchronous 12 lead Holter combined with coronary CT angiography in coronary heart disease[J]. 2022, (4): 285-288+292.
目的 探讨同步12导联动态心电图联合冠状动脉CT血管成像在冠心病(CHD)中的应用。方法选取80例疑似CHD患者,所有患者均行冠状动脉造影并将其结果作为诊断CHD的“金标准”。同时行同步12导联动态心电图和冠状动脉CT血管成像检查,分析两者单独检查及联合检查对CHD的诊断价值。结果 根据“金标准”发现疑似CHD患者中有47例确诊为CHD,占比为58.75%;经Kappa一致性检验发现,冠心病患者冠状动脉CT血管成像检查结果与“金标准”结果一致性良好(Kappa值=0.782
p<0.05),同步12导联动态心电图与冠状动脉CT血管成像联合诊断CHD的灵敏度高于单独诊断(p<0.05)。结论 同步12导联动态心电图联合冠状动脉CT血管成像诊断CHD优于二者单独诊断,适合临床推广应用。
Objective Toinvestigatetheapplication ofsynchronous 12 lead dynamic electrocardiogramcombined with coronaryarteryCTangiographyin coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods Eighty suspected CHD patients admitted to our hospital were selected. All patients underwent coronary angiography and the results were taken as the "gold standard" for the diagnosis ofCHD. Simultaneous 12-lead Holter and coronary CT angiography were performed to analyze the diagnostic value of CHD by using the two methods alone or jointly. Results According to the "gold standard"
47suspected CHD patients were diagnosed as CHD
and the proportion of coronary heart disease patients was 58.75%. The Kappa consistency test showed that the results of coronary CT angiography in patients with coronary heart disease were in good agreement with the results of the "gold standard"(Kappa value=0.782
p<0.05). The sensitivity of synchronous12-lead Holter combined with coronary CT angiography in the diagnosis of CHD was higher than that of single diagnosis(p<0.05). Conclusions Simultaneous 12-lead Holter combined with coronary CT angiography is better than the two alone in the diagnosis of CHD
which was suitable for clinical application.
