Objective To investigate the effects of dopamine combined with L-carnitine on myocardial zymogram
cardiac functions and prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention for ischemia reperfusion injuries. Methods One hundred and six patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing PCI admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into control group(n=53) and observation group(n=53) by a random digital table. The control group was treated with L-carnitine on the basis of conventional treatment
and the observation group was treated with dopamine combined with L-carnitine on the basis of conventional treatment. The changes of myocardial zymogram and cardiac functions were compared before and after treatment. All patients were followed up for 3 months after discharge. The incidences of poor prognosis were compared between the two groups during the following-up period. Results After treatment
the lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)
creatine kinase(CK)
creatine kinase isoenzyme MB(CK-MB)
alpha-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase(alpha-HBDH)
aspartate aminotransferase(AST)
left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)
left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD) of the two groups were significantly decreased
and the levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(p<0.05). After treatment
the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) of the two groups were significantly elevated
and the level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(p<0.05). The poor prognosis rate of the observation group was 1.89%
lower than that of15.09% in the control group(p<0.05). Conclusions Dopamine combined with L-carnitine can significantly reduce myocardial damages
improve cardiac functions and reduce poor prognosis events in patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention for ischemia reperfusion injuries.
