The effects of delta 60% power intensity exercise prescription on arterial pulmonary hypertension
Objective To explore the value of exercise prescription with △60% power intensity in the treatment of patients with arterial pulmonary hypertension(PH) on cardiopulmonary function reserve
blood gas index and exercise tolerance. Methods The total 117 patients with arterial pulmonary hypertension in our department were selected as the research object. The patients were divided into two groups by random number table. Fifty-eight cases in the control group were given exercise therapy intervention
and 59 cases in the observation group were combined with the test data of cardiopulmonary exercise test(CPET) to formula
te individualized △60% power intensity exercise prescription. The arterial blood gas index
cardiopulmonary reserve function and exercise tolerance of the two groups were compared. Results After the intervention
the partial pressure of oxygen(PaO
2
) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group
and the partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaO
2
) was lower than that in the control group(p
<
0.05). Oxygen consumption
carbon dioxide output
end tidal oxygen partial pressure and oxygen pulse were higher than those in the control group
while end tidal carbon dioxide partial pressure and ineffective breathing chamber/tidal volume ratio were lower than those in the control group(p
<
0.05). The anaerobic threshold(at)
peak oxygen uptake(VO
2
peak) and 6-minute walking distance(6MWD) in the control group were higher than those in the control group(p
<
0.05).Conclusions Delta 60% power intensity exercise prescription can effectively improve patients’ pulmonary oxygenation function
improve patients’ exercise tolerance and improve patients’ cardiopulmonary function reserve.
