摘要

目的对急性病毒性心肌炎患者的心电图特点做进一步分析。方法选取从2015年1月至2019年12月收治的急性病毒性心肌炎180例，其中有25例暴发性心肌炎、155例普通性心肌炎，分析其心电图检查结果。结果在180例病毒性心肌炎患者中，有31例患者心电图正常

占17%。普通性心肌炎组碎裂型QRS、ST抬高、Q波形成、胸导联r波递增不良、窦性心动过速、二度房室阻滞、三度房室阻滞、左右束支阻滞、不定型室内阻滞、室性心律失常发生率明显低于AFM组，p<0.05，差异有统计学意义。25例暴发性心肌炎患者无一例心电图正常者。结论心电图检查具有较强的可重复性、经济、无创、操作起来比较方便，判别心肌炎严重程度有意义，是急性心肌炎及重症心肌炎的重要检查方法。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical and ECG characteristics of acutecommon viral myocarditis and acute fulminant myocarditis. Methods Selected 180 patients with myocarditis from January 2015 to December 2019includes 25 cases of acute fulminant myocarditis and 155 cases of acute common viral Myocarditis. unstereotyped intraventricular blockand ventricular arrhythmias in acute fulminant myocarditis group was higher than that in acute common viral myocarditis group（p<0.05）.Electrocardiogram（ECG） results of acute fulminant myocarditis were all abnormal. Conclusions The examination of ECG has features of repeatability

economy

high positive rate and simplicity of operating in diagnosing viral myocarditis and judging the severity. The auxiliary examination of electrocardiogram is of guiding significance for the early diagnosis of myocarditis.
