The application of CBL combined with PBL teaching method in the teaching of electrocardiogram for standardized training residents
Objective To explore the application effect of CBL and PBL teaching methods in the teaching of electrocardiogram for standardized training residents. Methods A total of 89 resident training physicians from Yuebei People’s Hospital in 2019 were selected as the control group
using traditional teaching methods
and 96resident training physicians in 2020 as the observation group
using the CBL+PBL teaching method. After the teaching was completed
a unified examination was performed and the results were compared. Results The average score of the observation group(59.95±14.34 points) was significantly higher than that of the control group(47.45±14.21)(p<0.01); the ratio of more than 50 points and the ratio of more than 80 points in the observation group(81.25% and 8.33%
respectively) were superiorcontrol group(46.07% and 0.00% respectively)(p<0.01).Conclusions CBL and PBL teaching methods improve students’ electrocardiogram analysis ability
and at the same time stimulate students’ interest in learning electrocardiogram.
