摘要

正>病例1患者女性，25岁。因“反复胸闷、胸痛，间歇性发热1周，胸痛加剧1天”于2022年6月4日就诊我院。查体：体温：38℃，血压：120/80mm Hg，心率：100次/分，律齐，余未见明显异常。入院后完善相关检查，心肌酶学，肌钙蛋白结果均正常。血常规：WBC:11.4×10

/L↑、中性粒细胞百分比85.4%↑，C反应蛋白246.9mg/L↑。
