三度房室阻滞可能危及患者的生命安全,植入永久心脏起搏器可作为其治疗的首选方案[1]。传统起搏器需要植入导线与制作皮下囊袋,相比之下,无导线起搏器可通过导管直接植入右心室,避免传统起搏器囊袋与导线的相关并发症,同时不影响患者正常活动,改善患者生存质量[2]。现已被证实对成年患者有益,但儿童患者报道尚少,现报道1例10岁儿童无导线起搏器植入情况,为进一步优化和替代儿童起搏器植入方式,降低并发症的发生率提供新思路。
