To analyze the correlation between abnormal ECG U wave and coronary artery disease in patients with angina pectoris
Objective To explore and analyze the correlation between abnormal ECG U wave and coronary artery disease in patients with angina pectoris. Methods In this study
136 patients with angina pectoris receiving coronary angiography in our hospital were selected from June 2019 to December 2020. Routine ECG test results of patients were taken as the group criteria
among which 70 patients with normal U wave were enrolled as the control group
and 66 patients with inverted U wave were enrolled as the study group. The correlative data of the two groups of patients were compared
and the correlation between them and the results of coronary angiography was discussed. Results One hundred and thirty-six patients
66 patients with abnormal U wave
accounting for 48.53%. There was no significant difference in complications
angina pectoris type and other general data between the study group and the control group(p>0.05). The degree
number and morphology of coronary artery stenosis in the study group were significantly different from those in the control group(p<0.05). There were significant differences in the U-wave inversion depth among different stenosis degree and lesion count in the study group(p<0.05). Correlation analysis results showed that the degree of lesion stenosis and lesion count were correlated with abnormal U wave and inversion depth of ECG in patients with angina pectoris(p<0.05). Conclusions The abnormal U-wave inversion of ECG in patients with angina pectoris is correlated with coronary artery disease. The detection of U-wave in ECG can predict the degree of coronary artery disease in patients with angina pectoris
