目的 探究冠脉介入手术中血管内超声在复杂冠状动脉病变治疗中的应用及对相关指标的影响。方法 选取2021年5月至2023年5月我院收治的100例冠状动脉左主干病变患者作为本次研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,平均50例/组。其中对照组采用冠状动脉造影检测,观察组采用血管内超声显像检测。对冠状动脉介入治疗相关指标、左主干病变结果等进行测量,比较两种左主干病变情况,统计心肌梗死、再次血运重建、贴壁不良、血栓、死亡等心脏不良事件的发生率,并对二者在冠状动脉病变中的诊断效能进行分析。结果 与对照组比较,观察组的后扩张次数、支架直径、支架长度均较高,而后扩张球囊直径、后扩张球囊压力较低(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组患者左主干非分叉中的平均参考直径、最小管腔直径、最小管腔面积均较高(P<0.05),直径狭窄率、面积狭窄率、病变长度无差异(P>0.05),左主干远段分叉中的平均参考直径、最小管腔直径、最小管腔面积升高、病变长度降低(P<0.05),直径狭窄率、面积狭窄率无差异(P>0.05)。对照组心脏不良事件的发生率为30.00%,观察组心脏不良事件的发生率为10.00%(P<0.05)。结论 血管内超声显像检测在冠状动脉病变治疗介入术中对于心脏病变干支的应用效能良好,临床价值较高。
