心率变异性(heart rate variability
HRV)是通过分析窦性心律逐次心搏间期的差异,评估自主神经系统(Autonomic Nervous System
ANS)对心脏节律的调控功能,进而反映心脏自律性及与身体机能状态的相关信息,是通过从心电图中收集的RR间期变化来测量的。目前HRV已经成为评价自主神经功能最常用的无创方法之一。自主神经系统功能障碍常影响心血管疾病的发病率和死亡率,因此HRV与心血管疾病密切相关。心率变异性和预后之间的关系,包括全因和心血管病死亡率,已经在静息、运动和动态心电图进行了研究。Hillebrand等
