目的 左束支传导阻滞(LBBB)是一种常见的心脏传导系统病变,可引起左心室重构和功能障碍,诱发心衰,导致不良预后。心脏再同步化治疗(CRT)是其常用的治疗方法,但术后反应存在差异,这可能与LBBB的分型有关,真性左束支传导阻滞(TLBBB)患者更易获益。斑点追踪超声心动图(STE)能够评估心肌机械运动模式的变化,精确评价左室同步性和心功能,在CRT治疗术前有助于筛选候选者,预测CRT反应,术后随访协助评估反应、优化参数设置,具有重要应用价值。
