血流动力学参数是临床上一类重要的监测指标,主要包括血压、中心静脉压、输氧量、心率和心输出量等。这些指标能反映机体的生理及病理变化,从而指导治疗方案的优化,有效进行液体管理。随着医疗技术的进步,实现了血流动力学的监测技术从有创逐渐向着微创和无创发展,近年来,越来越多的微创和无创监测技术应用于临床。
