心脏性猝死(SCD)发生率居高不下,严重危害人们身体健康。如何发现有效的预测指标以及早期识别SCD非常重要。尽管现在有创及成像技术取得了进步,但对非侵入性心电学指标的正确解释仍然是评估不同类型患者心律失常风险和SCD可能预后结果的有效工具。本文主要结合近期研究进展,总结无创心电学检查和相关指标在预测SCD中的应用价值。
