摘要

报道分析了4例不同类型的室上性心动过速（SVT）伴房室阻滞（AVB），AVB的出现使心动过速的心电图更加复杂化、多样化。例1OAVRT伴正路顺向及旁路逆向的传导阻滞，AVB的逐渐加重，使折返环的前传支及逆传支传导受阻，顺向型房室折返性心动过速（OAVRT）失去了发作的条件；例2、3慢快型房室结折返性心动过速（AVNRT）伴AVB极易误诊为房性心动过速（AT）；例4折返性AT伴二度AVB时，无心室反应，但AT不终止，且AT的诱发不依赖PR间期的跳跃性延长，因此可除外OAVRT及AVNRT的可能。
