摘要

71岁男性，因突发胸痛2小时就诊，心肌酶升高，心电图提示无V

导联ST段抬高的前壁ST段抬高型心肌梗死，冠脉造影示急性左主干完全闭塞。

Abstract

A 71-year-old male presented to the hospital with sudden chest pain lasting for 2 hours. His TnI were elevated. An electrocardiogram indicated an anterior ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction without ST-segment elevation in lead V

. Coronary angiography revealed acute total occlusion of the left main coronary artery
