摘要

目的探讨非瓣膜病房颤(NVAF)患者发生缺血性脑卒中(IS)的危险因素。方法回顾分析我院住院的NVAF患者相关临床资料

分析其IS发生的高危因素。结果 481例NVAF患者IS发生率14.55%

华法林使用率23.07%

INR达标率6.44%。多因素Logistic回归模型分析显示:高龄(OR=3.003

p=0.003)、高血压(OR=1.953

p=0.016)、糖尿病(OR=2.153

p=0.007)、左心室收缩功能减退(OR=2.201

p=0.005)、左房增大(OR=2.128

p=0.007)、持续性房颤(OR=2.309

p=0.014)是IS发生的高危因素。结论 NVAF合并高龄、高血压、糖尿病、左房增大、左心室收缩功能减退、持续性房颤增加IS的发生率。本地区INR达标率极低。
