摘要

目的探讨肥厚型心肌病（HCM）患者心电图变化共同特征。方法对65例肥厚型心肌病临床资料进行回顾性研究

分析比较心电图及超声心动图结果

寻找HCM心电图早期特征。结果 HCM心电图特异性不高

但敏感性高

根据心电图早期一些共同特性结合临床可早期发现HCM。结论心电图是HCM早期诊断的必不可少的辅助诊断方法。

Abstract

Objective We prospectively investigated common characteristics of 12-lead electrocardiogram(ECG) in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HCM). Methods The study analysed retrospectively 65 patients with HCM. There were some early characteristics of ECG by compared with echocardiogram findings. ECG shows high sensitivity and specificity to HCM earlier. Conclusions The ECG is an indispensable diagnostic method for early diagnosis of HCM.
