摘要

目的采用ASSENT 4 PCI RCA积分的方法

评价单纯急性下壁心肌梗死罪犯RCA参与的预测价值。方法 115例单纯急性下壁心肌梗死患者入选

依据ASSENT 4 PCI多中心RCA积分标准

计算12导联心电图RCA积分结果

将115例患者RCA积分结果分为低（

0）、中（0

）、高（>2）三组

对比分析三组RCA积分与RCA参与的急性下壁心肌梗死的相关性。结果 115例IWMI RCA者88例占76.5%

LCX者27例占23.5%;IWMI患者RCA积分>2罪犯血管RCA发生率为93.6%

RCA积分0

分的患者RCA参与急性下壁心肌梗死发生率为82.5%

RCA积分

0参与急性下壁心肌梗死发生率为41.5%。结论利用12导联心电图所得出的ASSENT 4 PCIRCA积分诊断RCA参与的急性下壁心肌梗死有较高的预测价值。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate RCA score and validate in inferior wall myocardial infarction involved right coronary artery involvement and to identify occlusion. Methods A cohort of 115 patients with IWMI was included.All ECG date were evaluated

including a VF ST↑>1mm

a VLST↓>1mm

I and V6 leads ST depression V1

V6 leads ST depreesion. The patients were categorized into three groups according to RCA score: low(RCA score <0)、medium(RCA score 0~2)、high(RCA score>2)

and further the prevalence of RCA involvement. Results 88 cases were identified to RCA involvement

27 cases were identified to LCX involvement. The prevalence of RCA involvement was 41.5%

high). Conclusions RCA score may be a useful tool to identify in involvement in inferior wall myocardial infarction.
