摘要

目的探讨高血钾致窦室传导患者心电图改变及其临床意义。方法选取本院5例高钾血症所导致的窦室传导患者

将其心电图演变特点进行分析。结果 5例高血钾患者的心电图表现均符合窦室传导。结论高血钾导致的窦室传导利用心电图即可作出明确诊断

对判断患者病情及治疗有重要意义。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the sinoventricular conduction ECG changes induced by hyperkalemia in patients and its clinical significance. Methods In this hospital

5 cases of patients with high potassium were induced by the sinus ventricular conduction

the characteristics of the evolution of ECG were analyzed. Results 5 cases of patients with hyperkalemia ECG manifestations were consistent with sinoventricular conduction. Conclusion Sinoventricular conduction caused by hyperkalemia can be diagnosed by ECG

there is significance to judge the severity and prognosis of patients.
