Methods Using of 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram recording to with analysis of QRS wave dulation and were Ultreasound Elastography Color Display LVEF% to the eighty patients were aute myocardial infarction patients with heart failure(observed group) and the eighty patients were no aute myocardial infarction(compared people group)Comparson analysis of in progress prognostic of QRS wave dulation value and LVEF% value. Results QRS dulation(QRSd)≥110 sm、LVEF%<30% value 0 f in one year: the eighty patients were aute myocardial infarction patients with heart failure(observed group)mortality was 18.75%
