目的分析健康人常规心电图Tp-Te间期。方法于2018年我院体检的健康人中
按年龄(20~30岁、31~40岁、41~50岁、51~60岁)及性别分为八个亚组
每组随机抽取40例
男女各160例。测量V

导联的QT、Q-Tp间期
QT间期减去Q-Tp间期为Tp-Te间期进行分析。结果四个年龄组V
2
导联Tp-Te间期男性组为:86.22±6.68、86.21±8.19、86.24±7.57、86.35±7.24
女性组为:81.59±6.86、82.63±4.17、83.36±5.03、83.47±5.29;V
6
导联Tp-Te间期男性组为:80.25±4.92、80.85±6.61、82.02±7.88、82.53±8.65
女性组为:77.77±5.08、78.14±4.55、78.67±6.05、78.97±5.79。不同性别之间对比
男性组均较同导联同年龄组女性组高

Objective To analyze the Tp-Te interval in Electrocardiogram of 320 Healthy Physical Examiners. Methods Randomly chosed 320 healhy peoples those examed in our hospital at 2018.And divided into eight groups according to the age(20 to 30
31 to 40
41 to 50 years and 51 to 60 years old) and the gender
40 cases in each group. Measured the QT interval and the Q-Tp interval of V
2
and V

lead
counted the Tp-Te interval with the QT interval minus the Q-Tp interval and analyzed. Results Between the four age groups
the TpTe interval of V
2
lead in male group were: 86.22±6.68、86.21±8.19、86.24±7.57、86.35±7.24
and in female group were: 81.59±6.86、82.63±4.17、83.36±5.03、83.47 ±5.29; and the Tp-Te interval of V
6
lead in male group were:80.25±4.92、80.85±6.61、82.02±7.88、82.53±8.65
in female group were: 77.77 ±5.08、78.14 ±4.55、78.67 ±6.05、78.97 ±5.79. The difference had statistically significant between different gender
but had no statistically significant between different age groups. The 320 cases’ Tp-Te interval of V
2
lead was: 84.51±6.69
