Objective To analyze the effect of Firebird2 drug-eluting stent combined with clopidogrel on cardiac function and effect after PCI(percutaneous coronary intervention) for coronary heart disease. Methods Select the clinical data of 100 patients with coronary heart disease undergoing PCI in our hospital from July 2019 to July2020
and divide them into two groups according to a random number table. The control group 50 cases use(BMS)metal Naked stent combined with clopidogrel treatment
50 patients in the study group were treated with Firebird2 drug-eluting stent(DES) combined with clopidogrel treatment
and the cardi
ac function and effect of the two groups were compared. Results The CO(4.88±0.57)L·min
-1
LVEF(46.53±3.11)%
SV(58.22±5.24)mL and other indicators in the study group were higher than those in the control group(p
<
0.05); The Viscosity
plasma viscosity
and whole blood high shear viscosity were lower than before treatment(p
<
0.05); the incidence of MACE in the study group was 4.00%
which was lower than that in the control group 16.00%(p
<
0.05); the quality of life in the study group was(88.18 ±6.07) points
which was higher than the control group(75.36 ±10.51) points(p
<
0.05).Conclusions The Firebird2 drug-eluting stent combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease undergoing PCI can improve the patient’s heart function and hemorheology
