Objective To investigate the occurrence and influencing factors of no reflow phenomenon in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI) after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI). Methods The clinical data of AMI patients who underwent PCI in Suiping Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from July 2018 to June2020 were retrospectively analyzed. 62 eligible patients were selected as the research objects. According to whether there was reflow phenomenon after PCI
they were divided into no reflow group(n=11) and reflow group(n=51). The occurrence and influencing factors of no reflow phenomenon after PCI in AMI patients were analyzed. Results There were 11 cases of no reflow(17.74%) and 51 cases of no reflow(82.26%) in 62 patients with AMI after PCI. The results of univariate analysis and multiple logistic regression analysis showed that longer ischemia time
diabetes mellitus and no use of Tirofiban in perioperative period were the influencing factors of no reflow in patients with AMI after PCI(or >1
p<0.05). Conclusions Long time of ischemia
diabetes mellitus and no use of Tirofiban in perioperative period are the influencing factors of no reflow after PCI in patients with AMI. According to this
preventive measures can be taken to reduce the risk of no reflow.
