Objective To study and compare the distribution of coordinated and non-coordinated complete left bundle branch block and its influence on cardiac function. Methods The ECG of 107 patients with complete left bundle branch in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2019 were selected and analyzed. Results Among the 107 patients

45 were males and 62 were females. 31 were coordinated

and 76 were uncoordinated. There were 31 patients with coordinated complete left bundle branch block and 76 patients with uncoordinated complete left bundle branch block. Compared with coordination

the incidence of non-coordination and the degree of heart damage are higher than coordination

the difference was statistically significant（p<0.05）. Conclusions The different types of the left bundle branch block is helpful to access the patient’s clinical situation and to make an appropriate management plan.
