摘要

目的探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（OSAHS）患者心率变异性、晨血儿茶酚胺的变化情况及其相关因素。方法选取2019年1月至10月因睡眠打鼾就诊于我院并完善多导睡眠监测（Polysomnography

PSG）诊断OSAHS患者173例为观察组

同期完善PSG但未达到OSAHS标准患者65例为对照组。分析两组患者在基线资料、PSG参数、心率变异性、甲氧基肾上腺素（MN）、甲氧基去甲肾上腺素（NMN）等方面的差异。根据呼吸暂停指数（AHI）将观察组分为轻中重三组后予以比较

最后进行年龄、AHI与心率变异性、晨血儿茶酚胺之间的相关性分析。结果观察组夜间平均血氧饱和度、LSaO2、PNN50%均明显小于对照组（p<0.05）

而AHI、MN、NMN均明显大于对照组（p<0.05）;重度组SDNN明显低于轻、中组

在PNN50%方面重、中度组明显小于轻度组（p<0.05）;重度OSAHS组患者MN水平明显高于轻、中度组（p<0.05）;重、中度OSAHS患者NMN水平明显高于轻度组（p<0.05）;OSAHS患者的年龄与SDNN、r MSSD、pNN50%呈负相关（p<0.05

Abstract

Objective To study the changes and their correlation of heart rate variability

morning blood catecholamine in patients with OSAHS. Methods We selected 173 cases with OSAHS as observation group

0.05）. Conclusions Patients with OSAHS have an obvious sympathetic-vagal disorder at night. Increased sympathetic excitability and Reduced vagal tone.It has obvious correlation with age and AHI.
