Objective To explore the rescue effect of different time windows of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in patients with cardiac arrest
and their influence on the recovery and prognosis of cardiac function. Methods According to the random number table method
85 patients with cardiac arrest in our department were divided into observation group(n=42 <3 min) and control group(n=43 3-8 min). The success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation
rescue effect
Heart function recovery status and prognosis. Results The success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(p<0.05); the recovery time of spontaneous circulation(ROSC) in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group
but the duration was longer than that in the control group(p<0.05); the heart function of the observation group the level of cardiac function was higher than that of the control group(p<0.05); the Glasgow(GCS) score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(p<0.05); the living ability level of the observation group was better than that of the control group(p<0.05).Conclusions Different time windows of cardiopulmonary resuscitation have different effects on the recovery of cardiac function and long-term prognosis of patients with cardiac arrest. The shorter the rescue time window
the better the recovery of the patient’s later cardiac function and nervous system
the better the ability of autonomous living and the prognosis.
