Objective To analyze the ECG performance of autoploidy ventricular dissociation（AVD）. Methods Three patients with AVD were selected and the electrocardiogram was analyzed. Results AVD is relatively rare

such as accompanied by other heart rhythm disturbances

and the electrocardiogram（ECG） performance is complicated

which increases the difficulty of diagnosis. Conclusions ECG analysis is helpful to diagnose AVD and avoid delay in treatment. This article reports 3 cases of special ECG manifestations of AVD.
