摘要

目的探讨心电图房间阻滞与高血压合并慢性心力衰竭患者相关性研究。方法选取2018年4月至2020年4月我院收治的293例高血压患者进行回顾性分析

其中合并心力衰竭患者123例

将其分为高血压组、高血压伴Ⅰ-Ⅱ级心力衰竭组和高血压伴Ⅲ-Ⅳ级心力衰竭组

并与对照组进行心电图房间阻滞发生率的相关性研究。结果高血压患者随着心衰加重

心电图发生房间阻滞增多

且各组之间比较p<0.01

差异具有显著统计学意义。结论高血压患者并慢性心衰与心电图房间阻滞之间具有相关性

给临床高血压并慢性心衰患者提供重要参考依据。

Abstract

Objective To explore the correlation between ECG interatrial block and hypertension with chronic heart failure. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 293 patients with hypertension admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to April 2020

123 patients were complicated with heart failure. They were divided into hypertension group

hypertension with grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ heart failure group

hypertension with grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ heart failure group

The correlation of ECG interatrial block incidence with the control group. Results The interatrial block increased with the aggravation of heart failure

and the difference was statistically significant among all groups（p<0.01）.Conclusions There is a correlation between chronic heart failure and ECG interatrial block in hypertensive patients

which provides an important reference for clinical patients with hypertension and chronic heart failure.
