Objective To explore the diagnostic value of ECG ST segment elevation Tp-Te dispersion in patients with variant angina pectoris with malignant ventricular arrhythmia. Methods 68 patients with simple variant angina pectoris treated in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the control group
and 47 patients with variant angina pectoris complicated with malignant ventricular arrhythmia were selected as the observation group. All patients were examined by ECG. The parameters of ECG were compared between the two groups
and ROC was drawn to analyze the diagnostic value of ECG ST segment elevation Tp-Te dispersion in patients with variant angina pectoris with malignant ventricular arrhythmia. Results The values of cQT
c QTd
cTp-Te
c Tp-Ted
Tp-Te/QT and STE in the observation group were higher than those in the control group
the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05); the AUC of ECG obtained by drawing ROC curve was > 0.7
which had certain diagnostic value. Conclusions ECG ST segment elevation CTP ED has high diagnostic value in patients with variant angina pectoris with malignant ventricular arrhythmia
which can effectively reflect the pathological changes of malignant ventricular arrhythmia and provide more objective basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
