Objective To investigate the correlation between electrocardiogram ischemia grade and target vessel stenosis in acute myocardial infarction(AMI). Methods Retrospectively collected in June 2018 to June 2020 in our hospital for treatment of 73 cases of acute myocardial infarction patients with clinical data
according to the Birnbaum ischemia ECG classification result
divided into Level Ⅱ group(n=45) and Level Ⅲ group(n=28)
compare the two groups of AMI target vascular stenosis
and analyze ECG ischemia classification with AMI narrow correlation target blood vessels. Results In level Ⅱ group
the degree of luminal stenosis
the target number of vascular lesions
myocardial infarction area was lower than Level Ⅲ group
the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05). The equation was obtained by Logistic regression analysis: Y=-51.737+2.137 X1+40.629 X2+3.156 X3
suggesting that target vascular stenosis may be an influential factor in the ischemic grade of ECG in elderly patients with AMI(OR>1
p<0.05). ROC curve was drawn
and the results showed that the AUC of target vascular stenosis combined with the prediction of electrocardiogram ischemia grade in AMI patients was 0.917
which was of high diagnostic value. Conclusions ECG ischemia grade in patients with AMI is closely related to target vessel stenosis
and target vessel stenosis is an influential factor in inducing myocardial ischemia. Clinical monitoring of target vessel stenosis in patients can be strengthened
providing a theoretical basis for clinical implementation of reasonable prevention and treatment programs.
