Objective To investigate the electrocardiogram characteristics of atrioventricular node dual-path conduction. Methods The electrocardiograms of 3 patients with dual atrioventricular nodal pathways were analyzed.Results The characteristics and mechanisms of the three types of electrocardiograms of the atrioventricular node dual pathway were summarized. Conclusions The ECG manifestations of the dual-path phenomenon of the atrioventricular node are helpful for diagnosis and classification.
